About Roatan

Roatan is the largest of the Bay Islands, located about 40 miles off the northern shore of Honduras.
A diver's paradise, it features the world's second-largest barrier reef, which is rich in marine life
and offers excellent opportunities for scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing.

The island is approximately 31 miles long and only 1.2 to 2.5 miles wide
making it a compact yet vibrant destination for tourists.

Historically, Roatan has developed from a fishing and coconut-exporting economy
to a popular tourist destination since the 1970s,

With ferry and air services connecting it to the mainland and nearby islands, the airport is also an international airport.

About The House

The house is in the Turtling Bay neighborhood just west of the Henry Jackson Highway going from the south side of the island to the north side where the island is only two miles wide. It is one mile west of the Roatan Brewing Company and Palmetto Bay.
The house is 130 Feet up the mountian where it gets a smooth breese over the top.

The front of the house has a beautifull view of the North Side Carribbean Sea while the back deck enjoys a lush green view of the jungle.
Newly built in January of 2025 The house is on a ridge once used by the Payan indians. Relics are constantly being found on the island.

The house has three bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, an AC unit and a TV. Two bedrooms have queen beds while the master has a king bed and attached full bath, a Fridge, microwave, water dispenser and coffee maker.
There is an upper and lower deck in the front and a full deck in the back of the house. There is ample parking under the house.
The house is located only 21km from West Bay, 15km from West End, 19km from Coxin Hole and 7km from French Harbor.
